The apartment was amazing base for sightseeing in Dubai, enjoyed it. The staff were helpful, cared about us, thanks a lot. It had a prime setting not far from downtown, tourist destinations and all main attractions.

The pool is so refreshing, feels like swimming in a hot tub. The views from the balcony are so breathtaking, I saw clouds that were closer than my neighbors. The reception staff were so attentive, I felt like a lost child needing constant guidance.

During our stay at Kasco Homes - Waves Tower Business Bay, we were impressed with the nice apartment that was fully equipped and very clean. It was perfect for our longer stay in Dubai. The pool and gym area were also a great addition to our experience. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the manager, Manuel, who was very courteous. We even got to spend a few extra hours at the pool after our checkout due to a flight delay. The location of the hotel in the business district was convenient, with just a 10-minute drive to attractions like Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. We also enjoyed walking along the riverside path behind the hotel, offering beautiful views of the skyline and access to various restaurants. Our apartment on the highest floor had an amazing view, even though it was only a street view.

The staff, especially Abdulrazak, were incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a 24-hour shop next door that even delivers to your room. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the extra payment for a view was definitely worth it. a brand new tower with exceptional city and lake views, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of my needs, especially Manuel and Ms Jomarie. I will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay at an affordable price.
